Introduction

• In January 2002, the SPECWeb99 benchmark effort concluded work with the Zeus webserver, and began work on the Apache 2.0 webserver.

Status

• In progress.  Current focus is on static content.  A new Dynamic content API is in development.

Results

• Due to license restrictions, SPECWeb results are not available at this time.

Test Environment

• Intel 8 x PIII Xeon w/ 2MB L2 cache, 32 Up client machine
• Red Hat 7.0 with 2.4.17 kernel, Apache 2.0.32
• 8 x Intel PRO/1000
